Stress is a normal reaction the body has when changes occur, resulting in physical, emotional and intellectual responses. Stress management training can help you deal with changes in a healthier way.
Stress is a normal human reaction that has been experienced by everyone. It is a fact that the human body is capable to react to stress when they confront. Any factor that creates stress is called stressor. There are wide varieties of stressors like emotional, physical and environmental. Stress requires physical and mental resources to act on the challenging situation.
Stress responses help your body and mind adjust to new situations. Stress can be positive, keeping us alert, motivated and ready to avoid danger or overcoming the situation effectively.
But stress becomes problematic when stressors continue without periods of relaxation and the person feel exhausted. It will badly affect our areas of functioning like personal, occupational, and cognitive. Ultimately decrease our mental health. So it is important to seek assistance from professionals when it is needed.

Physical symptoms of stress include:
