Shivering/ trembling
Phobia is an excessive and irrational fear of anything. Fear is a normal
reaction to threatening events. But in the case of phobia, the person
anticipatorily experiences an exaggerated and unrealistic fear or anxiety. A
feeling of anxiety can be produced simply by listening, thinking, or seeing
the object of the phobia. Person who struggle from phobia, either tries to
avoid the things or situations that trigger the fear.
Fortunately phobia can treat effectively with the help of various
psychotherapies. There are wide varieties of phobia like, specific phobia,
social phobia, and situational phobia. Phobias are thought to be learned
emotional responses. That’s phobias occur when fear produced by an original
threatening situation is transferred to other similar situations, with the
original fear confronted. It can manage effectively through the systematic
unlearning of previously learned things.
